Documents you can't do without

• An invoice or sales contract showing the actual price.
• The vehicle registration document from the country of origin (Fahrzeugbrief, kenteken, etc.).
• The EU export declaration (EX-1).
• A CMR or another transport document.
• A certificate of conformity or an emission-class assessment.
• The buyer's documents: for sole proprietors and companies — registration details; for individuals — passport and tax ID.

What the payment consists of
